Once you settle on the services you’re going to offer, you have to decide how your virtual assistant packages will look like. That is if you have already decided that hourly pricing is not your best option.
Where do I even start? Is a common question among virtual assistants.
Lucky for you, we have a few ideas to help you create packages that are fair for you and your clients. Here are a few things you should take in mind when creating your packages.
What Services are You Offering?
Administrative tasks differ from graphic design, copywriting, and lead generation. The pricing also differs for these services because of factors such as the skills required to complete the job and the time it will take to complete the task.
Before creating your packages, find out the virtual assistant packages that others are putting in their virtual assistant contract. You may join virtual assistant groups on Facebook or join a virtual assistant community that gives such insights.
Your Ideal Clients
Sometimes, pricing may also differ with the industry you’re targeting. Some people choose to work with real estate clients while others may choose accountants, coaches, or healthcare professionals.
It is important to know what your ideal clients are willing to pay before you create packages and scare your potential customers away.
Time it Will Take to Complete the Tasks
If you’re going to design social media packages, you need to know how long it will take to create captions, design images, find hashtags, and schedule each post. We’ve seen people who determine the number of hours it will take times their minimum hourly rate to arrive at a package price.
You may do the same, but you don’t have to multiply by your minimum hourly rate if you don’t want to. The ultimate goal is to develop packages that clients will be comfortable to pay for and that will be fair to you.
