> Royal Assistants is the operations layer between a founder's vision and the team executing it. They are not looking for another pitch — they are looking for someone who finally sees the whole picture. So the first conversation is not a pitch. It is a read.

The clients pay. From the outside the business looks like it is working. And it is — because she is the one holding it up. She is not in crisis. She is in friction.
