Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Royal Executive Assistant, Inc. ("REA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit royalassistants.com and its pages (the "Site"), book a call, take the self-diagnostic, chat with us, or otherwise contact us. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

This policy covers the Site only. If you become a client, the way we handle your business information during an engagement is also governed by your signed client agreement. If the two conflict, your client agreement controls.

1. Who We Are

Royal Executive Assistant, Inc. is a Georgia-based business operations company located in Stockbridge, Georgia, United States.

Questions about privacy can be sent to support@royalassistants.com or (470) 655-1575.

2. Information You Give Us

We collect the information you choose to share with us, including:

  • When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number, business name, appointment details, and any answers or notes you include in the booking form. Booking is handled through our client portal provider.
  • When you take the self-diagnostic: your answers, and, if you choose to enter them, your business name and email address. Both fields are optional.
  • When you use the chat widget: your messages and any contact details you include.
  • When you email or call us: your name, contact details, and the contents of your message.
  • When you become a client: information needed to deliver services, sign agreements, and process payments, collected under your client agreement.

Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the Site, the chat widget, or the self-diagnostic.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically by us or our service providers, such as:

  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and date and time of your visit. Our website hosting provider collects this to run, secure, and measure the Site.
  • Browser storage: the self-diagnostic saves a small reference in your browser's local storage to prevent duplicate submissions. It does not track you across other websites.
  • Embedded services: the booking calendar, chat widget, and web fonts load from third-party services, which may receive your IP address and device data and may use their own cookies or similar technology under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell your information to advertisers. We do not use the Site to track you across other websites for targeted advertising.

Third-party services embedded on the Site may use cookies or similar tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like booking) may not work properly if you do.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing for these signals to opt you out of. Where the law requires, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to your questions, chats, and messages
  • Schedule, prepare for, and hold calls
  • Send you your self-diagnostic results and related follow-up
  • Evaluate whether our services are a fit and send proposals
  • Deliver services, manage client relationships, and process payments
  • Send business updates and occasional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We use artificial intelligence ("AI") and automation tools in our business, including to draft and organize communications, summarize information, prepare notes, and support our workflows. When we do:

  • A person on our team reviews AI-assisted work before it is relied on for decisions about you.
  • We do not use AI to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
  • We choose providers and settings that do not permit your personal information to be used to train their public AI models where those options are available to us.
  • We do not upload sensitive personal information to AI tools except as needed to deliver services you have hired us for and as permitted by your client agreement.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us run our business and are allowed to use it only to provide services to us, such as website hosting and database providers, our client portal and scheduling provider, our website chat provider and the messaging workspace it delivers to, email delivery providers, contract and payment processing providers, and productivity, file storage, and project management tools.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court order; to protect the rights, property, or safety of REA, our clients, or others; or to enforce our agreements.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We may share information that has been de-identified or combined so it no longer identifies you.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Self-diagnostic and inquiry information from people who do not become clients is generally deleted or de-identified within 24 months of our last contact, unless we are required to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

9. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information at your own risk. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Some of these laws apply only to businesses that meet certain size or volume thresholds. Where a law applies to us, we will honor the rights it gives you.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

13. Visitors Outside the United States

REA is based in the United States, and the Site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site links to and embeds third-party websites and services, including social media platforms, our client portal, and our chat provider. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

15. Changes to This Policy
