Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Royal Executive Assistant, Inc. ("REA," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of royalassistants.com and its pages (the "Site"), including booking a call, taking the self-diagnostic, using the chat widget, and reading our content.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

IMPORTANT: Section 17 contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved. Please read it carefully.

1. Who We Are

Royal Executive Assistant, Inc. is a Georgia corporation based in Stockbridge, Georgia, providing business setup, operations support, and systems implementation for service-based businesses.

2. The Site Is Not Your Service Contract

These Terms cover your use of the Site only. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written client agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed or accepted by you and REA (a "Client Agreement"). If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or fiduciary duty.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business, and "you" includes that business.

4. Information Only, Not Professional Advice

Blog posts, articles, checklists, the self-diagnostic, chat responses, videos, and other Site content ("Content") are for general information and education only. REA does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, HR, or other licensed professional advice. Content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your specific situation. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on Content.

Content may become outdated, and software, platforms, and tools mentioned may change. We do not promise that any Content is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Results, Examples, and Testimonials

Client stories, "Before & After" examples, case studies, testimonials, and descriptions of outcomes describe the experiences of specific clients. They are not typical results and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or any particular result. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, team, tools, effort, and market conditions. Some details in examples may be summarized or changed to protect client confidentiality.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices, packages, hours, timelines, and offers shown on the Site are for general information, may change at any time without notice, and are not a binding offer. Pricing and scope become binding only when stated in a signed or accepted Client Agreement. We may limit, decline, or end any offer, promotion, or engagement at our discretion. Promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated with them, may have limited availability, and cannot be combined unless stated.

7. Calls, the Self-Diagnostic, and Chat

  • Discovery and consultation calls are free, non-binding conversations. Anything discussed on a call is general guidance only and is not a promise of services or results.
  • The self-diagnostic is an automated, general tool. Its results and recommendations are based only on the answers you give and are not a professional assessment of your business.
  • The chat widget is for general questions. Responses may come from a person, from automated or AI-assisted tools, or both, and may not be immediate.
  • Do not share confidential, sensitive, or regulated information (such as passwords, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or client data) through any Site form, the chat widget, or the self-diagnostic.

8. Artificial Intelligence

8.1 Our use of AI. We use artificial intelligence and automation tools ("AI Tools") in running our business and creating Content, including to research, draft, edit, summarize, organize, and respond to inquiries. Content on the Site may be created or assisted by AI Tools and reviewed by our team. AI-assisted output can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and you should independently verify anything before relying on it.

8.2 No reliance on automated output. Any automated or AI-assisted output you receive through the Site, including self-diagnostic results and chat replies, is provided "as is," for general information only, and is not professional advice or a commitment by REA.

8.3 No scraping or AI training. Without our prior written permission, you may not, and may not allow or help anyone else to:

  • Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, or other automated means to access, copy, collect, or extract Content or data from the Site
  • Use any Content, including text, images, designs, page layouts, frameworks, offer names, or our founder's name, image, or likeness, to train, fine-tune, test, prompt, ground, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model, or to build any dataset
  • Feed Content into an AI Tool to create content, products, services, or websites that copy or substantially imitate our Content, branding, frameworks, or offers

REA expressly reserves all rights in its Content for text and data mining, AI training, and similar uses, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ordinary search engine indexing that follows our robots.txt file is permitted.

8.4 No impersonation or synthetic likeness. You may not use AI Tools or any other means to create or distribute content that imitates or impersonates REA or our founder, Marie Lewis, including her name, voice, image, likeness, writing style presented as hers, or signature, or that falsely suggests REA endorses or created it.

8.5 Your inputs. If you submit information through the Site, you are responsible for it and confirm you have the right to share it. You agree not to submit anything that is confidential, sensitive, or belongs to someone else without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and all Content, including text, graphics, designs, logos, the crown and monogram marks, photographs, videos, page layouts, frameworks, methods described, and software, are owned by REA or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

"Royal Executive Assistant," "Your Royal Assistant," "Set It Up," "Keep It Running," and related names, logos, and taglines are trademarks of REA. You may not use them without our prior written permission, including in domain names, social media handles, ads, or in any way that could cause confusion.

We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your own non-commercial, informational purposes. You may share links to our pages and short quotations with clear credit and a link back. Any other copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing, abusive, threatening, or offensive messages
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, our client portal, or any account
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Site or its security features
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the design or code of the Site
  • Collect information about other users or our clients
  • Use the Site to build a competing product or service, or to copy our offers, frameworks, or materials
  • Violate Section 8 (Artificial Intelligence)

We may suspend or block your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Submissions and Feedback

You are responsible for anything you submit through the Site. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use them for any purpose without paying or crediting you. We are not obligated to keep feedback confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses and links to third-party services, including our client portal and scheduling platform, chat widget, hosting provider, and social media platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability, security, or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Mentions of software, platforms, or tools in our Content are for information only. We may hold partner, certification, or affiliate relationships with some of them and may earn a commission if you purchase through certain links, at no extra cost to you. We will disclose those relationships where required.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, CONTENT, SELF-DIAGNOSTIC, CHAT, AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REA disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components, or that any result will be achieved.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REA AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, CLIENTS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE CONTENT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Liability for paid services is governed by your Client Agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless REA and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of the Site, (b) anything you submit, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

16. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email support@royalassistants.com with: your contact information; a description of the copyrighted work; the location of the material on the Site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

17. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

17.1 Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, you agree to email support@royalassistants.com with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

17.2 Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site, the Content, or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Henry County, Georgia, or by video or written submission, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Disputes arising under a Client Agreement are resolved as stated in that Client Agreement.

17.3 Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and (b) seek an injunction or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or stop unauthorized access, scraping, or misuse of the Site.

17.4 Class action waiver. YOU AND REA AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You waive any right to a jury trial for claims covered by this section.

17.5 Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@royalassistants.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days after you first use the Site.

17.6 Time limit. Any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia, or the Northern District of Georgia.

19. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

20. General Terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and REA about the Site, except where a Client Agreement applies.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest will remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
  • Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services, internet failures, natural disasters, illness, or government action.
  • Electronic communications. You agree that notices, agreements, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
  • Survival. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, and 13 through 20 survive any termination of your use of the Site.
